1. Agreement Acceptance
By subscribing to Quikar Software, the Client agrees to comply with these Terms & Conditions. This agreement governs the use of the Quikar cloud-based business management platform and related services.
2. Software Subscription & License
Quikar is provided as a cloud-based software service through monthly or yearly subscription plans. The Client receives a limited, non-transferable right to access and use the software according to the selected subscription plan.
Subscription features, users, branches, and available modules are determined by the selected plan.
3. Free Trial & Subscription Start
Quikar provides a 14-day free demo period for evaluation purposes. After the demo period ends, continued access requires activation of a paid subscription plan.
4. Payment Terms
- Subscription fees must be paid according to the selected monthly or yearly plan.
- The Client is responsible for timely payment to maintain uninterrupted access.
- Failure to complete payment may result in suspension of access until payment is settled.
- Subscription fees are non-refundable after the service period has started.
5. Setup & Implementation
Initial system setup, configuration, data preparation, and onboarding services may require additional fees depending on the Client’s requirements.
Training, technical support, updates, and improvements are included with an active subscription.
6. Support & Software Updates
Active subscribers receive:
- Technical support services.
- Software updates and improvements.
- Security and performance enhancements.
Support is provided according to Quikar’s available support channels and service procedures.
7. Client Responsibilities
The Client is responsible for:
- Maintaining secure access credentials.
- Managing user permissions.
- Ensuring accuracy of entered business information.
- Using the software according to applicable laws and regulations.
The Client must not copy, resell, modify, or attempt to reverse engineer the software.
8. Data Ownership & Storage
The Client retains ownership of their business data entered into Quikar.
After subscription cancellation or termination, Client data — including any documents, files and images the Client has uploaded — may remain stored in Quikar’s cloud system for a maximum period of three (3) months (90 days). After this period, Quikar may permanently delete the data and files and will not be responsible for recovery.
The Client is responsible for requesting data export, and for downloading their uploaded files, within the available storage period.
Each subscription includes a document storage allowance, and larger storage plans are available for an additional yearly fee. When the allowance is full, new uploads are paused until space is freed or the plan is upgraded; files already stored are not deleted for that reason.
Images published on the Client’s website — such as logos, product photos and gallery images — are stored free of charge and do not count towards the document storage allowance. To keep this free, product and gallery images together are limited to 1,000 per Client account unless Quikar agrees a different limit in writing. When the limit is reached, new images are refused until existing ones are removed; images already stored are not deleted for that reason. Website images must relate to the Client’s business; Quikar may remove content that is unlawful or that abuses the free storage.
9. Service Availability
Quikar aims to provide reliable service; however, temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance, technical issues, internet problems, or third-party services.
10. Subscription Cancellation & Termination
The Client may cancel their subscription according to the applicable subscription terms.
Quikar reserves the right to suspend or terminate access in cases of:
- Non-payment.
- Misuse of the software.
- Violation of these Terms & Conditions.
11. Limitation of Responsibility
Quikar provides software tools to support business operations. The Client remains responsible for business decisions, financial records, and operational activities conducted using the system.
Quikar is not responsible for losses caused by incorrect data entry, unauthorized account access, or misuse of the platform.
12. Changes to Terms
Quikar may update these Terms & Conditions when necessary. Clients will be informed of important changes through official communication channels.
13. Governing Market
Quikar is designed for businesses operating in Iraq and Middle East markets. Service availability, features, and regulations may vary by country.
